Why not?

I'd seen a meme of programming language logos, and "what knowing it tells you", of which all of the captions were variations on 'nerd', funny but true. But one of them I didn't recognise. So I felt like making a cheat sheet of all the logos, sortable by hue or name.

It's also a pretty good quiz of 'which ones have I ever heard of', which just for fun may include some really obscure and/or old ones that no-one uses any more, especially if I happen to think the logo is cool.

And once I opened the rabbit hole of languages, I found so many more that I'd never heard of, which I thought was interesting - so that's the other reason I published this little toy, in case it makes you go 'ohh, what's *that*?'

I've tried to link to the most authoritative sources both for the language and for attribution of the images wherever possible, and for those that aren't, they're used in good faith of fair use; I am not representing to be any of these projects, simply 'this is a list of logos of computing languages'. Some of these are registered trademarks of their respective owners, and this is acknowledged by linking to them wherever possible.
